Penultimate Magazine is a magazine for lettering artists, produced BY lettering artists. Penultimate comes out on a bi-monthly basis and has a new theme each edition - from brush pens, to pointed pens, to watercolour and more. The magazine includes interviews with artists, product recommendations, reviews, how-tos, tips and tricks, insider info, community events and workshops and much, much more!
ISSUE THIRTEEN is... our *penultimate* edition. That's right, our second last! Join us in this loosely travel-themed edition as we sit down with Karin from @ipadlettering who tells us about her recent move, as well as her lettering journey so far. Kirstyn takes us on holiday and gives us insight into being creative while travelling, as well as showing us inside the Las Vegas Neon Boneyard - where signs go to die... then be brought back to life in the most amazing way! Dom takes us on his trip to Typism, an annual lettering conference in Queensland, and also gives us his tips for painting a mural for the very first time. We collect a list of art stores from all around the world, and share our tips on moving and travelling with art supplies. Our brush lettering, pointed pen and watercolour updates are back, as well as some more 'not intended for' supplies you can use for art.
This is a DIGITAL version of the magazine which will be made available to you after purchase - you will not receive a physical copy.
This is for ONE EDITION only. This is not a subscription. It is to order Issue Thirteen of Penultimate Magazine. Please check the homepage for subscription options.
Penultimate is a BI-MONTHLY magazine, which means it comes out once every 2 months (so, 6 times per year)
**due to the image-heavy nature of this Magazine, the file size is quite large. You can read the magazine online, but to avoid blowing your data, make sure you're connected to wifi before downloading a copy to your device**
